Default what is better a dohc b18 out of integra gsr or d16y5 that is in my civic?

I need specs and all that you can give me

the above poster posted the specs,































but the B18C1 is better than the D16Y5 if your talking from a performance aspect.































170hp stock is better than 115hp stock.
