Assuming that it's from 2002 when the 2003 model year came out, that would be 15,000 miles a year which is to be expected. Unless there's indications that it's been mistreated, it should be fine. Honda's can last a long time, my Acura has 177,000 miles on it and it's still running fine.

If you are wondering what the value of the car is go to www.kbb.com. And I would ask for the maintenance records. The timing belt should be replaced at this point and replacing one can cost nearly $1000.00
