Default swapping out a 93 accord ex f22a6for a 96 accord vtech

my motor blew and found someone willing to sell me a v-tech motor out of a 96 accord.I think it may be 1.6 or 1.8 im not sure i asked him if the motor was swappable with mine he said it was.he told me the motor was complete all exept computer and distributer.I want to be sure before i make a move is my,93 accord ex 2.2l f22a6 ecu going to be compatable with the replacement motor, and my distributer too for that mater wich i have just went and bought a brand new igniter and a cap,and they never even made it out of the box yet,.And my transmission wich i was told it came out of an automatic but will it bolt up to mine . help before i waste cash i dont have.
