What is the button on the driver's side kick panel? Its a wagon if it makes a difference.































The car was in the shop for a couple weeks, and when it was out I noticed a small button about knee height, that was not hooked up to anything. I plugged the pigtail back in to the corresponding one, and cannot for the life of me figure out what it does. I would have looked in the manual, but the car did not come with one.

Is it on the dash or kick panel? Is it a factory button or aftermarket. The kick panel is a typical location for the valet switch of an aftermarket alarm. If its a small black button thats likely it.

Sounds like a past owner did electrical work for some ad ons. Like a switch for auxialary lights.































Hooking up to the closest pigtail and nothing happenning means either the device is bad or non-existant.
