You should go to Honda. The Rodeo is in fact an Isuzu, but Isuzu no longer sells vehicles in the U.S. The Honda Passport is an Isuzu too. It was just a rebadged Isuzu Rodeo and sold as a Honda. Luckily, Honda's still around to fix your sunroof.

Update: In response to the other answer, sunroofs today tend to have proprietary parts. Not only that, since they are considered options, they tend to not have parts that are readily available outside of dealership inventory. A mechanic can get the part but they will get it from the dealer. This is a vehicle that is discontinued so your best option will be the dealer or a Honda salvage yard. Since you don't know exactly what's wrong with it, take it to the dealer. I personally don't like spending my money at dealers but this is an item that will warrant going to the dealer.

You can try honda, but why waste your money at a dealer. Just go to a repair shop.

Yes you can go to Honda, they built it for Isuzu. Get it done before it rains it gets very cold in winter.
