Fully built can mean a lot of different things. Do you want a fully built naturally aspirated engine, or forced induction?

Building an engine can vary tremendously in cost from one build to the next. The quality of the internals chosen and the shop doing the machine work will make a big difference in the cost.

From your list of engines, generally, this is the order of which would cost the most to purchase and build.

K20

GS-R

B16

H22 (Prelude)

K20's are extremely expencive engines, with tons of potential. For the money you'd spend on a K20 in a crate, you could fully build any of your other engine choices. However, a K20 will tolerate a bunch of boost with stock internals and is an all around very impressive engine, if you've got the $$$.

The GS-R is a decent value, as is the B16.

The H22 is a great value, but a less common swap because there is less aftermarket support, so finding the components to build it might be harder. It produces 200 HP out of the box though, so that's a plus.

Boost is a ton of fun if you are thinking of a boost build. Be prepared to run into a lot more complications though, boost can be tricky! Turbochargers are a lot more popular on Honda's than superchargers.

It all depends on your budget man. Let us know how much you're prepared to spend and I'll give you an idea of what the best build is that you can get for your buck. Also include what you intend to do with the vehicle. You will want to go about everything way differently for a daily driver than for a full track car.

its worthless, you can spend $20k on a civic, and it would still get eaten alive by a $10k mustang
