When I was a teen and wanted a sportscar, my agent refused to sell me insurance on it. I had to get a sedate sedan. You might expect to be charged over $2000 per year, but I hope you get a better deal. Shop around.

yea man forget about it its going to cost you a lot of money my friend about 10 years ago had the acura integra gsr, that guy use to pay 250 at month no kidding, now can you imagine a s2000, no way but you are going to pay it ,....good luck

Sixteen year olds should not have an S2000. High revving RWD cars and inexperienced drivers do not mix.

There's no way for anyone to accurately quote a price. You need to contact AAA.

whoa dude. i wish i could get a s2000 when i was 16. for me driving a civic was high insurance LMAO i drive a honda prelude now and its pretty high at 20 yo.

I am 40 and was looking at a 2005 S2000. I have two other cars, Element and Wrangler.

Adding the S2000 nearly double my premium. I haven't had a ticket in about 18 years. I have had young customer in there mid twenties trading in the S2000 because the insurance payment was more than the car payment.
