okay I am finna be 18 year old I like the coupe because I can get it in ralley red. I drive by myself 90 percent of the time. That's like to school , work. But others time I will be with 4 others in the car like only on weekends and out of town trips.
Buying it in cash so don't gotta worry about paymentß |

Personally, if I were in your situation I would get the coupe. Much for sport looking for an 18 year old. It will be a little more crowded with friends than a sedan but if your by yourself 90% of the time who cares... besides, if your friends are squished in the back seat they can drive their own cars, haha just kidding! A sedan strikes me as more of a family car, so unless you plan on starting a family sometime in the next few years go with the coupe!

Coupe. if you can drive stick you should get the SI if your going for the sportier look. the backseat on a coupe is roomy enough for more people and so the only problem will be getting in and out of the car but its not that big of a deal.

Most of the points others have brought up are good ones, but something else to consider is that the sedan is definitely the more mature car. The coupe is a perfect match for most 18 year olds, but by the time you're in your mid-twenties you're going to want others to take you more seriously. Especially if you plan to keep the car for more than a couple years, I'd go with the sedan because you won't outgrow it as quickly.
People may think the coupe is sportier but their opinions are based mostly on the cars' looks. According to the specs on Honda's website, the coupe is only 59 pounds lighter and 1.5" shorter in height than the sedan. For all the added perks you'd be getting from the sedan, you're really not giving up that much. P.S. Rally Red may be your favorite color, but red fades more quickly than any other color and statistics have shown that red cars are ticketed by the police more often than cars of any other color. |
