pros and cons of each?

whats funny is there exactly the same car just one year difference.































there is nothing different about them unless your comparing a 99 Civic Dx to a 00 Civic Si. (different trim levels).

Yeah, those civics are EXACTLY the same, they literally did not change a single thing from 1999 to 2000. So when looking for one, just look at mileage, etc. typical stuff...Maintenance is the critical issue! Good Luck!

i have a 99 dx and love it. sure its only got 106hp stock but you also get 35mpg highway.

put new exhaust/intake manifold on it like the y8 ones plus cold air intake an header/exhaust and your looking at boosting your hp by 20 or more and will have a fun reliable car
