Hi i have a 2004 Honda civic and i want to take out the stock headlights and put on some blue headlights, i have done some research but i was wondering which watt and what company would be best for my vehicle, also is this illegal in illinois?

Blue headlights are illegal everywhere. Why would you want blue headlights anyway? Where would you find DOT approved blue headlights for that matter.

You'll need a 9005 bulb for the high beams and 9006 for the low beams. I'm pretty sure that any colored bulbs are illegal in Illinois.
