Does honda rust easier, or see less rust than other cars?
I ask, because the dealer is trying to sell me rust protection and undercoat protection. My friends husband, a mechanic says its a waste of money, cash grab. Do Hondas rust easy, if I plan on owning it until its about 9 years? Please, no comments that its not American...I am Canadian, so I really do not care, and prefer Honda's over most other vehicles. |

I would recline there rust protection and go for an aftermarket one like Rust Check or Krown, this is what I've used on my 2000 CRV and there is no rust including underneath, my last vehicle was 20 yrs old (Nissan) and the body was spotless as well.
