Angry Brakes are driving me crazyyyyyyy!!!!

I've got a Civic hatchback from '96. Everything is working fine, but the brakes.

All the problems started this summer when my brakes started to make a weird noise especially on the passage side. I went out and bought brand new pads and rotors, because also the rotors were in terrible shape. I installed them and everything was normal. I knew that when you install new pads and rotors for the first week when you turn right or left you hear a noise coming from the front wheels. After the first week the noise from the passage side was goneÖbut on the driver side got worst. I went to a local garage and they said that the caliper needed to be replaced. I bought a new caliper and installed by myself and everything seemed to be normal. Two freaking months later after I did all that work with brand new pads, rotors and caliper on the driver side, the noise that made me to replace all this parts is back again. I went to three garages and nobody sees anything wrong, but the noise is still there when I apply the brakes.

I will try to explain the noise but I donít know from where to startÖwhen I press the brake pedal half way through, not to tight but tight enough. The passager wheel is making the noise only on a certain area on each revolution of the wheel, like there is something on the rotor and with each complete revolution is touching the pads.

Thank you guys and please excuse my English because it isnít my first language.
