Default Good, NOT super expensive 2004 civic HP chip?

Hey im looking to boost my 04 civic coupe's hp and i am wondering if there are any chips like neuspeed ones (for VW's etc) that are for hondas. Not looking at spending over 200-300 dollars, is there ANything out there? thanks!

Stop trying to make your Civic fast. It's a great commuter car but that's it. If you mess around under the hood you're going to ruin it in a hurry.
