Okay I just got a 2005 Honda Civic LX and I had it for a month and i been hearing the doors lock, and just today i was cleaning the car and when i shut the door after a few seconds my doors locked automatically, is this normal? or is it something I am doing?

Yes it has anti-theft

Does the car have an alarm? It may be auto arming and locking the doors.

If it bothers you you could probably take it to a local Honda dealer and they can have that feature (If it is a feature) deactivated.

yea it locks by itself, mine does it all the time!!
