Default honda civic T reg. day time driving, when braking all lights come on at the same time.?

Night time driving, when switching on lights, all braking lights stay on permanently.

It's got to be some sort of earthing fault I think. If you can remove the rear light holders and clean them up with a bit of emery paper or wire wool then that might be enough to cure it, otherwise take it to a auto electrician.
