Default need help 95 d16z6 head in 97 civic dx ckp issue!!were the pros at come on answers

i have done a auto to manual and d16z6 head from a 95 into a 97 non vtec dx and i am reusing the dx harness. i have everything hooked up and i am getting a ckp cel. i have conversion harness for the ecu and one on the dizzy. i am stuck . 97 have the ckf on the oil pump but the 95 p28 does not see that because the 95 obd1 models dont have that . please anyone have any clue my car has been down for a month.
