Default Honda Civics fan is not working properly, sometime on and sometime off?

I'm thinking to sell the car because of heater fan, sometimes it works ok but when I restart the car after a while fan is not going to start again.

I have checked the fan, fuses and relay, they are well working. Does someone help me please?

It is 2000reg.

If you have checked the fan, fuses and relay, and they are all good, the only thing left is a loose connection somewhere, either in the heater fan switch or the wiring.

It could be a lose connection. But on the other hand it might be the brushes in the motor..

It needs to be checked over. There is no reason why you should sell it just because it has this fault.

After all it will cost you more for another car than it will to pay for this repair..

If the fuses and relay are good, it could be your fan motor is failing already. It could also be a loose wiring in the system . Have this check by a good Honda mechanic. Hope this helps!
