Will a skunk 2 3" 76.2mm universal muffler fit on my 2010 civic lxs?

Yes it will fit since it's a universal muffler. However a muffler like that would need to be welded on so it's not much of a DIY job unless you have reasonable welding skills. If you do happen to purchase it thought take it to an exhaust shop and have them fit it on for you.
Might I also suggest you look for a full catback exhaust instead. It will give you better performance gains instead of just the performance "sound".
