Need advice on Honda Ballade
just been shown a honda ballade,with these specs:
5 speed gear manual, 1500 cc, no power steering, windows and mirrors not powered, mileage 170,000, was registered in kenya in 1999, probably a 1997 model, sold at $ 3,800 negotiable.. my question is, why do they come with no power steering? its wiring is also faulty since its remote key isnt working. Is it possible for a power steering to malfunction, its feels heavy to turn while not in motion. are its spares available, even online? how about fuel cosumption. please do advice.
