There appears to be a fan running behind the drivers seat and is making a loud continuous humming noise when the key is turned on and also when the engine is running. Could someone confirm this and is there a fix to reduce the sound or eliminate it.

theres no fan back there, but there is a power antenna motor that could be getting stuck, youll have to remove the rear interior panels to get to it.
