the SRS light turned on a couple days ago and has remained lit. what does it mean and how do you fix it?

Probbly an air bag sensor. I'd get it checked out. You can have the codes pulled for free or cheap.

1st prob....its a honda.

2ndly...look in yer drivers manual.

SRS is means supplimental restraint system aka airbags

so there is a problem with your airbags

as far as how to fix it idk.

but you should have it checked in case u get in a accident.

Take it to a certified mechanic or Honda dealer. This is a problem with your air bags, and should not be taken lightly.

It means that either there`s a problem with your airbag deployment mechanism or it`s a fault in the electrical system ie:the light is coming on when there`s really nothing wrong with the air bags....either way,take it to a certified Honda dealer......wouldn`t want to find out the hard way,would you?
