I have a 1988 Honda CRX DX and I want to get as much power as I can without swapping the engine. My car is all stock with no modified parts besides the headers. I am planning on getting a whole new exhaust system, install v-tec, install cold air intake, install new fuel distributors, better spark plug wires because I recently replaced my spark plugs, installing aftermarket rods, pistons and cams. Like I said Im trying to get as much power as I can out of my CRX without swapping the engine. So now what I really want to know, maybe from someone who have already done it or already knows the outcome, is should I install a turbo kit to my engine. I don't know if turbo charging a D15 would make any significant change?

if you swaping in a vtec head...your compression is already getting raised...so turbocharging is not a good idea.....you can but i dont recommend it....it would of been better to just had slaped on some dual cam zc pistons in there and then do the mini-me vtec conversion...
