im trying to figure out what o2 sensor goes where on the intake manifold i have a green plug and a brown plug and one is at the base of the intake manifold and the other is at the top can anyone tell me what color goes were

the o2 sensor is in the exhaust manifold. not the intake.

Well if you have that means you have a upstream and a downstream sensor, contact you Honda service department and they can tell you which one is which.
