the factory fog lights for the 2 door accord, thank you in advance for your answers

Try looking in the owners manual or take it to a Auto parts place.

The owner's manual will give the correct size.

Ask any autoparts store person and they will look it up for you if you do not have the owner's manual.

Be careful some fog lights are tinted yellow, and some are clear.

The easiest wat to know is remove the old bad bulb. It will answer all your questions, it should have the bulb number on it.
