Default honda accord 94 5speed wont shift in gear?

it was stuck in neutral until i tried to shift it a couple time then to first gear then it work















but its hard to shift into gears....















how can i fix it? whats wrong with it?

your transition is busted have a mechanic check it out. i had a problem when my 2004 RX8 would not shift it only stayed in N and then the dealer said the the transition is dead.
