Transaxle Problem
Hello,
I am helping by Brother-Inlaw replace the motor in his 1998 Honda Accord and we have a problem. When we finally got the new motor in and all hooked up, it would not start. We could hear the starter kick on and try to turn the motor, but nothing happened. We took the bottom plate off to where we could see up into the transaxle and saw that the fly wheel is pressed hard up against the engine. When we were putting the transaxle on the new engine it would slide easy to about 1/4 inch, then we tightened down the bolts. Is there a certain way we were supposed to put the transaxle on?
