Default Is this a Good Idea? 2000 honda civic?

I want to get a 2000 honda civic. im afraid i might not get a si. so is it okay to pretend like its a si? i dont want to be considered a ricer. i plan on putting a:































b16a engine















si rims















si cluster















vtec sticker thing on the side bumper (like most si's)















si emblem.

I wouldn't call it rice if it is made to look just like the stock one but you will end up spending more doing it this way then just buying a Si for a little more up front, unless you do all the work and hold out for great deals.

as long as you have the engine its an si, but u should probably just get an si because finding a b16a and doing an engine swap will be much more expensive

We call that an si swap man, and it's perfectly ok. Don't just put an Si badge and V-TEC decals on it, you have to have the engine first. Also you should do a JDM body swap, if you plan on making it an Si, make it a JDM Si. Honestly it would be cheaper and more time efficient to just buy an Si.
