Default Can bump stops be replaced without completely removing struts?

2001 Accord V6 automatic. Need to replace the front bump stops. Can this be done without completely removing the struts? And I haven't had any luck finding pics of this process for this particular car if anyone has a link. Picking up a repair manual today, but I've heard they don't have a lot of pictures.

Thanks for any help.
