Default Torque specs for trans filler & drain plugs?

Anyone know the torque specs for the 2001 v6 auto transmission filler and drain plugs? Almost all the threads I've read say you need a breaker bar to get them loose, so I'm assuming they must be pretty tight, but didn't find any numbers.

Thanks!!
