Default Is there a 2000 Honda Prelude made in the USA?

I just want to know if there is a 2000 Prelude made in the USA because I saw some of them and the VIN number starts with "J" (JAPAN). I need a honda made in the USA to legalize it in Mexico. Thanks

no there is not, all Preludes are unique to the BB chasis code and the chasis was made in Japan for all Preludes sold in the USA, maybe assembled in the USA but not made
