Exclamation 98 Civic Oil Light Flickering/On... Why?

So I just bought a 98 honda civic EX about 2 months ago with 165,000kms on it.

I got an oil change about 3000 kms ago because my oil light was flickering, I took it in and they changed oil and filter but now after 3000km it is doing it again.

The oil level is good, I cant hear anything, and I dont know what to do. I'm a student living away from home so I need to keep the car alive but not throw my money to the dogs to figure out whats wrong. what can I do? Or what might be the problem?

Default Re: 98 Civic Oil Light Flickering/On... Why?

Okay So I went and got a free computer diagnostic at Mr.Lube and it ran up no codes (error codes) , so now I'm really confused.

Please does anyone have any idea what it could be?

Maybe figity sensor, clogged oil pump screen?
