Default Radiator fan not working

I just changed my radiator and now my fan does not want to work. Any suggestions? I want to switch the relays but there are wires in them that don't detach. Thanks

Default Radiator fan working

Thanks for your help. I got it fixed.
First I checked the relay, it was good.

Then I checked the fan motor it was also good. So then I figured it had to be the thermo sensor.
But, I did not replace that, I just run a toggle switch for the fan inside the car.

Then I thought I had it, but it started running hot very fast, so I figured the thermostat was stuck. So I got one and put it in and now everything is all good. Thanks again.
