Default Honda Accord 2005, a few questions

hi,

I have a few questions regarding my car it's a Honda accord 2005 comfort model.

1. I would like to have mp3 capability from my radio, what is the advised way to go ?

2. my overhead light is broken (the plastic) where can i buy \ order a replacement ?

3. i would like to changed the windows operation buttons on the drivers side so that all 4 buttons are "Auto" is it possible ? where can buy \ order this kind of items ?

4. what kind of tiers would best fit my car 195\65R15
