This car is going for $7,600 through a dealership. Got a carfax report and has had only two previous owners, both personal vehicles. It's a 2.4L, 4-cyl car and has been very well kept. Took it out for a test drive and the engine makes no knocking sound and no other sounds comes from the vehicle either. I want to make sure what else I should check for and if buying an 03 accord with that many miles is a problem. Thanks.

Check for any dashboard lights such as the ABS, CHECK ENGINE, SRS and see if they stay on when driving the vehicle. Check the engine bay for any traces of oil, coolant. If a car has that many miles it means it has been used for a while which indicates that the engine is good internally. What you will have to do if you purchase the car is keep it well maintained for you wont have any major issues. Many honda's make it well above 200,000 so you should be fine.
