Default Rear seats in a honda crx si?

I have a 1990 crx si, and i want to get rear seats put in the back. Yes i know that theres hardly any room back there, but thats not going to be my problem. I've also seen some jdm crx seats on ebay for around $300 or so. I was wondering if these just bolt right in or if i'm going to have to make my own mounting brackets and make them a custom fit. Also, what should i be paying for these seats? Is $300 a good price?

- thanks for your time

300 is actually a fair price cause soo many people look for these seats. Unfortunately you will have to have brackets to mouth them weither its getting them with the seats or making your own. And they will not be very comfortable at all. Hope this helps!
