Question 92 accord start problem

I have a problem with a 92 accord 255xxx miles on it. It starts runs for a second mabe 2 then dies. it will do this forever. It just started this in the last few weeks. and now it is terminal.

on a side note i had the engine power drop out a couple of times while driving but it came right back on. it was like all the electrical cut off.

any thoughts?
