Default 07 Accord pulls and jerks in snow drifts

I have had my 07 Accord into the dealership on two seperate occassions in the past due to the car pulling and jerking when snow drifts across the road. Yes as weird as it seems the car actually jerks numerous times as it almost feels like it is going to stop when I am driving and snow drifts across the road. Each time it does it about 2-3 times in a row and will do it anytime the snow blows across the road. Honda tried changing some kind of computer chip without success and then said they could not re-produce the problem the next time I had it in. Anyone else experience anything like this? Others have been in the car with me when it has done this.

IMO it has to be something with the ABS, maybe some kind of sensor thinking that I am on ice or about to apply the brakes? I would really like to get this fixed since it is almost scary and not fun to have happen when going 70 mph on a interstate.
