Exclamation 1998 Honda Civic O2 issues, but now do I need a NEW CAT? YIKES!

Thank you inadvance for anyone helping out with any info.

I have what I think is a P247 (I forget since I had it checked), I know whatever it was it was a problem with O2 sensor.

FIrst I am not sure which one, before or after CAT conv.

second, I assume it is the one in the cat as I am now having problems with engine power as it is bogging down and I am getting a smell of vinegar.

PLEASE TELL ME IF AI CHANGE THE TWO SENORS THAT IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE CAT IS OK?????? !!!!!!

I just had the exhaust fully changed last month and just changed the battery.

PLEASE PLEASe not the cat conv.

DO you think if I replace the O2 sensors it can come back to life. It can still drive although I am not driving it. It certainly doesnt like when I press the gas heavy of have the AC on as well.

Any help or opinions would SO SO helpful.
Thank you so much
