Default Piston rings for mild build on an Integra GSR B18C1 engine?

I have a B18C1 out of an Integra GSR I'm rebuilding to put in my 1993 Honda Civic CX hatchback. I have 82mm Integra Type R style pistons and I need 82mm rings, which are NOT available from Honda or else that's what I'd use. Here are the choices:

Hastings (Chromoly)
Mahle. (gas nitrided, prone to premature wear)
Sealed power. (marketed as performance rings)
JE. (Again, performance rings)
NPR/Nippon (chromoly it appears)
Other (fill in).

I've researched and I can't get any decent information except that nitrided rings cause more cylinder wear. Standard cast iron rings are ok, but not as durable as others.
