Buy a automatic transmisson, manuals are hard to sell. They have little resale value. Very few can drive a stick shift.

The manuals are usually sold in sports cars and trucks. But many have auto shift, or manually shifted automatics.

They're garbage. They aren't made anywhere as good as the body style before them. They're extremely noisy, the rear pads need to be replaced about every 30K on them. We have a customer who bought one and it has a horrible vibration that starts at 60 mph and gets worse as you speed up, Honda couldn't fix it and even flew in engineers and they say the car is "unfixable". They won't take the car back, the lady just wants a different Accord or CRV, so they're going to court in the next month. But with all that said they are gorgeous cars and the interior is awesome. I love a manual car I drive a manual '02 V6 EX-L. But if you seriously want a manual you need to be prepared to keep that car for the rest of its life. Manuals have a horrible resale value becuase there is a very select market for manuals. CRV's are great cars but if you want a sedan go for an Accord or check out what Acura has, TSX's and TL's are great cars.
