Default What are good cities to buy a desert-no rust-2006 and later Honda Civic & drive back North

to a Winter State?

Phoenix is very popular - no salt ever, very dry climate. When I lived in Phoenix I worked with a man who restored '50s and '60s Fords. They were sold to collectors from the "rust belt" who treasured the complete absence of rust.
