Default Should i purchase a 92' honda accord for $2988 with 197,000 miles?

I believe this would ne a nice car to start off with. At my current job I make about 550-600 a month. The car salesman quoted that my payments would be $55 a week. Since I am 18 and still considered an "inexperienced driver" car insurance will be a little bit higher but not too high the car is a 92 honda accord ( maybe around $130-140). The interior and exterior are ok (for a 92'). Should i purchase this vehicle?

Thats WAYYY too much money dude. You can get a 2002 corolla for like $4,000. 92 is going to have a boatload of expensive repairs. Plus a car that old is going to have a poor interest rate for loans. Get a newer car and you get a 5 year loan on it. A $5000 car is like $100/month for 5 years dude. If they want you to pay by the week that is super shady, they must curtail to people with bad credit and then screw them over big time. Good luck.

I went to Kelly Blue Book to check on this car for you.In "Fair" shape pay no more than $875.00 in "Excellent" shape,$1,100.00 and NO MORE! Offer $800.00 and ask for a CarFax report or no deal.Do your homework befrore you sign on the line.Check the sites below.Be patient, there are newer and better cars out there for $2,900.Don't be in a hurry, you're going to have to live with this car a while.Good luck,by the way I sold Hondas for a while,I know how the Lot works!

first, you should collect some resource by searching the relevant keyword in search engine,if you got good luck there ,then your problem solved.however,if you are not able to find the ideal answer by doing that, here http://www.CarInsuranceTip.infois the resource i recommend.

Only worth half of that at the most, I'm not saying it's a bad car but it will be getting tired with those miles and age. Shop around they made milions of them
