Honda Accord 1998 has a problem with quick pickup in gear 1,2,3?
please advise.

Have you done the basic maintenance? Trans flush,fuel filter,air filter,etc?.A clogged fuel filter will eventually leave you on the side of the road and make acceleration poor.If you haven't already done this,replace the fuel filter.
