Default civic for 3000 or under and price for engine swap?
what is the newest civic i could get for 3000? also i will want to replace the engine. how much would it cost to get a (K20A2- 2.0L DOHC i-VTEC- '02+ RSX Type S/'02+ Civic Type R (200hp)? or an h22a1. or mazybe a B18C1? about how much would getting these engines be, and if anyone has any suggestions on a cheap honda engine replacment with atleast 170 hp please let me know. also dont be gay and say none of the "oh civics suck""stupid ricers""americans are the only thing cool"

i dont know much about engines but honda all the way baby (5 speed '92 accord)

A K20 will still run you 2-3000. Plus labor. Good luck.

For $3000 you will be getting a 92-94 Civic LX/DX model. Now as far as a K series swap your total cost of getting it installed and running will be another $10,000-$12,000. The B18C1 will be in the neighborhood of $3,500-$4,500 installed and the H22 will be in the area of $3,000-$4,000, although I HIGHLY recommend NOT getting the H22.
