1998 Honda Accord Problem
I just installed a new clock light on my 1998 Honda Accord EX. The light didn't work, but now I can start my car but the dash lights won't come on, the steering wheel stays locked, and I can't shift it out of park. Did I blow a fuse? Any ideas? Thanks for the help in advance.
