I have a 97 Honda Civic. It has a rough idle and will stall out whenever you are driving it. Check engine light is on. I will have it checked as soon as possible. I was told that a MAP sensor could be bad. Could this call the car to stall? It has a rough idle, it jerks, and it stalls. Give me a list of what it could be. Can the MAP sensor cause all of this? What about the IACV? What other sensors does this car have that could cause this? I don't think it has a MAF sensor.

Yea it could be one of those sensors u mentiond.but try this first. click on the link it will show u how to clean your IAVC, FITV and TB.I did it to my 96 civic with Si motor.I was having a high idle. now its perfect.http://www.honda-tech.com/showthread...=IACV+location
