Default Why are only the High beam headlights working on a 2002 Honda?
The low beams are not working at all. Could it be a problem with the indicator switch, where you switch between low and high beam?

Take the plug off of the low beams and test to see if your getting voltage. You may just have blown bulbs. You may have a blown fuse. You may have a faulty relay if equipped.

check the fuses under the hood.each headlight is on its own fuse.
