Accord Fuel Pump Run Car Not Running Key Not On
I have a 1999 Honda Accord that is having occasional starting problems. I have read many posts and believe it to be the main relay. I just noticed that the fuel pump seems to cycle occasionally when the car is not running and the key is not even in the ignition. Any ideas?
