the door was locked and now i tried to pull up the lock and it felt like something is holding it down and i tried the power switch and the key lock and the door wont open from the outside or inside. what can i do?

take off the door cover(plastic/armrest on the door)& look at it internaly mayb the electric motor burned out or its stuck
