Check the Idle Air Control. It might have carbon deposits and need cleaning. Also do the same for the throttle body intake. It might also need cleaning.

Check all the vacuum lines and check throttle body base gasket for leaks.

try spraying some carb cleaner around the outside of you intake pipes and air flow meter/filter to look for intake leaks, sometimes a lopie idle can be a burned valve or week cylinder

There is something leaking in the throttle body or you have a vacuum leak, spray carb cleaner on engine, on vacuum lines, throttle body, when you find the spot car will stall or engine will rev up a little that's where its leaking duplicate spraying spot to confirm that's the spot, car might stall but restart and try again.

Its a problem with your idle air valve or a leak in the vacuum system.
